Q. what kind of work do you offer?
A. While Love Offering is the platform I use that explores the beauty of art & healing, there are many things that I offer. From calligraphy artwork, creative workshops, one-on-one support, soulful copywriting, and branding design for business owners. I am also in the process of attaining my degree in Art Therapy to offer more therapeutic sessions.
Q. do you offer custom work?
A. In short, yes, but my custom work slot is very limited. I offer very limited logo designs, custom oil paintings, and custom calligraphy pieces on canvases, and I also provide cover + book designing. Fill out the contact form with what you are thinking of, the more detail the better.
Q. do you offer calligraphy services for weddings and special events??
A. Yes! If you’re local to the Tampa, St.Pete, and Orlando area I provide a day of statement pieces like mirror seating charts, welcome signs, menus, + custom wood, chalk, and frame signage. For locals + non-locals I provide all paper goods including place cards, table numbers, escort cards, handwritten wedding vows, wedding greeting cards, & a limited amount of signage.

Q. What is the turnaround time of my order?
A. All items here are shipped by me through USPS and FedEx. If you are ordering from the shop, all orders take about 5-7 business days to deliver. If you are ordering from the semi-suite collection, any kind of wedding calligraphy, and custom orders it takes anywhere from 2-5+ weeks depending on what it is, supplies, and time. We also provide rush orders.
Q. do you accept returns?
A. At this time I do not allow returns however, I may offer replacements or store credit under certain circumstances. Please send me an email at Josefina@loveoffering.co within 72 hours of receiving your order with any order concerns. Please note that Josefina Sanders of Love Offering is not responsible for any additional shipping costs for attempted returns. We do not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit.
